Retro Koala website production is based in Stockholm, Sweden and currently we ship our products to the countries of the European Union:

Shipping Speed
- Tracking is provided for all orders.
- Shipping times are estimates only, not guaranteed.
- Production time depends on a number of orders that we received.
- A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- We usually use PostNord to ship orders.
- Holiday season is the busiest time of the year, transportation delays may happen. Please place order before holidays.
Package marked 'Delivered', not received
In the event that your tracking information shows delivered, but you have not received it, please try the following first:
- Check behind or around outdoor furniture
- Check both front, back and side door locations
- Check with everyone in your household
- Check with a neighbor (if safe to do so)
- Check with apartment/residential office to see if they are holding your package
In some occasions the transportation carrier mark packages as 'Delivered' before they're dropped off, or if it's end of their working day, delivery person usually deliver the package the next business day.

PLEASE NOTE: You must contact us within 48 HOURS of tracking marked as delivered for us to file a claim. If you are outside of the 48 hour window, you must contact the carrier and initiate claim as a receiver/buyer.
Customs & Import Fees
PLEASE NOTE: There is no additional customs duty or VAT on orders under 150€. Orders that exceed 150€ will be subject to additional Duty and VAT .
It is the customers responsibility for any additional shipping charges, duties and taxes as a result of importing goods over 150€.
We highly recommend that you consult your country’s tax and duties requirements before purchase.
Incorrect or incomplete address
RetroKoala.com is not responsible for undeliverable shipments or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect/incomplete address provided by customers.
If an order is returned back to us due to insufficient address, the customer will be presented with two options:
- Reshipment of order, buyer is responsible for new shipping costs or
- Partial refund, minus cost of shipping paid
